Manufacturing : Spiral Duct
Shoffner Kalthoff is the only local fabrication shop with the ability to manufacture spiral pipe and fittings to match. We have worked with various customers including food processing plants, nuclear waste facilities, a variety of manufacturing facilities and chemical plants.
- With our Spirahelex Spiral Pipe machine, we can currently produce spiral pipe in sizes ranging from 6” round up to 48” round, and in gauges from 26 to 18.
- Our employees have the capability to fabricate spiral pipe in lengths ranging from 36” up to 25’ in all available sizes and gauges.
- Thanks to the only computer-operated, fully automated seam welding machine in our area, we also have the capability to fabricate welded ductwork. Our seam welder is able to produce near perfect welds time after time on all types of metal, including stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and galvanized -- in thickness of up to 3/8”.
