At Comfort Systems USA Shoffner, we are capable of fabricating approximately 5 million pounds of sheet metal annually, with custom fabrication capabilities. Our fully-tooled set up with multiple plasma cutters allows us to provide ductwork for our contract work, as well as other contractors. Comfort Systems USA Shoffner specialty tools include a Lockformer Coil-line— capable of producing L-shaped duct at an average of nine seconds per joint with your choice of TDC, S&D, or raw joints. This machine can produce more than 20,000 pounds of straight duct per day, as well as many other types of sheet metal products.
