At SKMES, we are capable of fabricating approximately 5 million pounds of sheet metal annually, with custom fabrication capabilities. Our fully-tooled set up with multiple plasma cutters allows us to provide ductwork for our contract work, as well as other contractors. SKMES specialty tools include a Lockformer Coil-line— capable of producing L-shaped duct at an average of nine seconds per joint with your choice of TDC, S&D, or raw joints. This machine can produce more than 20,000 pounds of straight duct per day, as well as many other types of sheet metal products.

Our large facility allows us to handle even the largest fabrication projects and is suitable for all types of fabrication jobs, including work for chemical plants, food processing plants, nuclear waste facilities, and a wide range of manufacturing facilities.
